Regulation

Moneyseed Ltd is based in London, UK and registered with Companies House (10548731). Moneyseed complies within the rules and regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA) 2000 in order to act as an “introducer” on behalf on companies raising capital from investors.

Investors MUST be qualified as suitable prior to any investment, in-line with the FCAs Conduct of Business Sourcebook (COBS).

Moneyseed views compliance as the fulfilment of a set of rules and regulations, in this instance, rules that will benefit our clients and the company as an organisation. These are effectively an act of responsibility and transparency towards our customers.

To ensure that we continue to act with integrity and diligence throughout our transactions and communications, we pride ourselves on four key principles: Knowledge, Commitment, Nurture, and Growth. These principles, without exception, aid in the development of each individual investor under management.
